Teresa Lugo was born and raised in Chicago. She raised two children as a single parent. She opened two boutiques in downtown Oak Park, IL. Thereafter she transitioned to consulting with her clients in their personal homes, teaching them to declutter their closets, only to find that their physical closet was inherently connected to  their “spiritual closet”. Her motto soon became: “Too much clutter in your closet, means too much clutter in your life.”    Today she is an Executive Life Coach, Reiki Master, and Author.  She wrote and self-published her personal memoir Homeless Mind. She is the glama of three. She co-founded the non profit organization Land +Heart Project.  Teresa enjoys skiing, spending time at the beach, and camping in the mountains of Puerto Rico.  She is currently working on her second book.
